A comprehensive gut renovation of a first-floor retail space in Tribeca, New York, transformed into a sophisticated art gallery. The project featured an integrated skylight expansion on the back portion, bringing natural light into the exhibition space. Extensive HVAC and electrical upgrades were implemented to meet the precise climate control and lighting requirements essential for displaying valuable artwork. The Challenge
